About Journal

The Journal of Literature Across Borders is a peer-reviewed quarterly literary journal published by the University of Mazandaran. Established to promote high-quality scholarship in literary studies, the journal serves as a dynamic forum for critical inquiry, interdisciplinary dialogue, and innovative research within the humanities.

The journal is committed to advancing conversations across literary theory, textual analysis, comparative literature, cultural studies, and related fields. By bringing together diverse scholarly voices, it seeks to explore the evolving nature of literature and its intersections with culture, society, and global transformation.

The journal publishes original research articles, theoretical essays, creative-critical works, and book reviews from both established and emerging scholars. Emphasizing intellectual rigor, academic integrity, and inclusivity, it welcomes contributions that challenge existing paradigms, introduce new methodologies, and foreground underrepresented perspectives.

The first issue of the journal will be published in Spring–Summer 2026, marking the beginning of a platform devoted to fostering scholarly excellence and shaping new directions in literary research.
